Can one person make a difference? Yes, absolutely and often in the most simplest of ways. On 15th Aug people all over the world will come together in
an hour's prayer for the healing of the Earth. Between 12.00pm and 1.00pm in whatever timezone you happen to be in, people from all walks of life,
all colors and all beliefs will quietly be focusing on sending out thoughts and feelings of healing and compassion to the earth and the whole of
humanity.

The power of prayer is well known, even scientific circles. We've all done it at some point, even the atheists among us. You don't necessarily need
to believe in anything divine to pray. You can pray to the universe or the four winds should you wish. The important point is that as many people as
possible come together to focus their energies in a positive way. This focusing is particularly needed at this time. with the Gulf Oil spill being the
most obvious of reasons.
All I can really say is that I most deeply request every single one of you who reads this to join with the world in its prayers. Even if you have work
or family commitments - that you could devote, say, 15 minutes of prayer at this time would be prayer enough.
Many Blessings to all
