I add a little cheese in mine and chop up bacon so its easier to get it all in!

Again so very simple and a great morning bite! Beats a boring daily brekkie!

It's a shame hardly anyone posts replies to this part of the forum any more so I thought I'd comment.

On a related note the film V for Vendetta shows something called Eggs in baskets which is pretty similar. Take a slice of bread, use a glass to hollow out a hole in the middle and cover the slice in butter. Drop into a dry frying pan on medium heat and then crack an egg into the hole in the bread, fry for about 3/4 mins then flip over and do the other side.

The egg fries within the bread and makes a tasty snack! You can always add a couple of pieces of bacon as well if desired.
