i was just watching The Nightly News with Brian Williams and was told that Former Vice President Dick Cheney may not have a heartbeat anymore due to a type of technilogical implant and valves that no longer "pump" exactly, providing the apperance he has no heartbeat.

he also has to plug himself in every night ???
