Nazis planned a Fourth Reich ...in the EU (Red House Report)

I've been do some research on Obergruppenführer Dr Scheid and it appears that his name and this meeting first appears in a book by Hugh Thomas, titled SS-1 in 2002. When one searches this Dr. Scheid's name no information comes up except for the alleged Red Report and Lebor fictional book.

Lebor is pro Jewish

On this forum the question is asked about this Scheid character. The result is he did not exist.

The EU is the fourth Reich. European oligarchs and so called "politicians" secretly meet in bunkers underground for masonic and satanist rituals. They have a genetic research program that they developed since the 70s for the purpose of re-creating clones of Hitler and other nazi ideologues, together with "Das Uebermensch".

In public, they calim those bunkers are actually designed for the protection of the EU from enemies. They also claim those are actually shared with NATO allies, but it''s unclear how many representatives from the USA they have, although it would be very strange if they didn't have Japanese and Canadians in there. Canadians because they are actually British dessed up in a different uniform. Japanese because they stand to Jakuza as much as Italy stands to Mafia, and those are the biggest helpers of Nazi-Fascism because they bring despair and violence which the nazi-fascist strongman always claims to be fighting against.
