Florida Prepare as though the Oil has made it to the Western Shores

Florida, do not wait because the oil will eventually make it to the Western

shores. Again do not wait to have crisis management at the last minute. Start

by putting out the barriers now and bring in the skimmers and post them in

multiple lines of defense from the North to the South of the State.


Do not become complacent and say oh my gosh it is happening so move now

before the Federal government wonders what happened. The oil will cost Florida

as well as the other Gulf states untold Billions upon Billions of dollars of lost

revenue. You think we are in a recession now if the tourism drys up to nothing

so does the lively hood of most of the population in Florida and we will be drastically

affected economically. Yes the other Gulf States will be affected beyond belief

also but Florida is a Peninsula and if the Gulf currents take it on the West

Coast of Florida Billions of more Dollars will be lost in tourism. Not to

mention the untold wildlife and fish that will be affected and killed. ^Y^

What are the Florida evacuation plans and who is in charge the State or is

it on the Federal level the evacuation contingency plans? ^Y^

I've been thinking about Florida a lot lately....it's a terrible thought, but is the nightmare that is already going on in Louisiana going to be repeated? I honestly do fear the worst unfortunately Those swamps and marshlands are so delicate....things won't be the same for a long time to come.
