Unidentified flying object crashed in field Prince Edward Island

hisz.rsoe.hu

The P.E.I. fire marshal's office is investigating after an unusual fire on Saturday in a farmer's field in Grahams Road. Louis Campbell and his wife said they were sitting on their front yard just before noon when they saw a ball of fire — about the size of a football — land in their hay field. "Don't know where it came from," he said. "It hit the field and I didn't notice much for a couple of minutes, and then there was smoke come up." Campbell said he went to check on the damage and decided to call the fire department. "It was spreading in the straw or the hay," he said. "So I

Thank you.

Interest to note the comment:

"New London volunteer fire department Chief Allen Cole said the object is being considered an "unidentified falling object," and the fire marshal's office is investigating."

Never heard it referred to as "falling" vs. "flying"

Nice eye producer. This is a good story for ATS to chew on for a week. Even if it does turn out to be as mundane as a meteorite.

Keep the contributions coming. A great first.

Me neither, but seems more appropriate. Even if it was once a "flying" object, the fact that it crashed means it transitioned at some point to a "falling" object.

Hey I have thanked you three times now for bringing this to our attention.

I was just trying to find a news article tied to the news source which
another poster has provided, which was not provided in your OP.

Good job in locating this.

Meteorite

I agree though, it sounds exactly like a meteorite.

"Size of a football"
"In flames"

This is a perfect description.

They should sell it, those rocks are worth a TON of $$$.

This is interesting only because it made the news.

How many farmers around the world see things land in their fields? A lot.

How many of them get put in the news? Very few.

Will be fun to see where this one goes, out of any situation possible I'm hoping it's not the beginning of the false flags.
