Kyrgyzstan's ousted President Kurmanbek Bakiyev has said he will resign if the interim government guarantees his and his family's safety, reports say.
Mr Bakiyev has been in the south of the country since he was overthrown in violent protests last week.
The interim government earlier lifted his presidential immunity and said it would arrest him by force if he refused to surrender.
