If you want to embed You Tube videos, copy a portion, and only a portion of the URL. The portion you need to copy is preceded by "v=" in the URl
example:

xxxxxxxxxxxcom/watch?v=c3F3CXspsuo

once you've copied the portion of the URL, in the example above it's "c3F3CXspsuo",click on the YouTube Video button in the upper right hand corner of the Post Reply window where you type in your actual post or reply. Then paste the video code and click O.K.
