A lawsuit has emerged after police stopped a man and allegedly allowed a dog to bit him and planted drugs on him. The incident was caught on video.
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- A man has admitted to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation that he had drugs with him the night he was pulled over by Cookeville police.

Criminals posing as policemen. This does not surprise me. Law enforcement officers need to be given regular drug tests, psych evaluations, and lie detector tests to keep them honest. After all they are responsible TO US AND FOR US.

I remember here awhile back they tossed out several cases of one officer. Basically he caught a kid on some type of traffic thing and for whatever reason he did plant some pot in the kid's car.

Anyway - I agree, from the vid alone it sure looks like a plant. But, it was not. I guess you can't always trust vids.
