If I'm correct in what you are thinking - the one that came out from the sky; it could be so. The 9 were organised by Asoka in India however it is unknown what their origins are. Maybe they could be - it's hard to tell. If they did have exceptional knowledge, it possibly could be them.

Ever count the tail feathers on the eagle on the back of the one dollar bill? I think eagles have a few more feathers in their tails than that!!!

He described his hypothesis with the information provided,some technical, some fanciful. I don't see a reason to poop on it.
