What makes you think Holder was acting under instruction from Obama? From what I understand, it was Holder's decision. This was a decision made by the Attorney General, not the president.

What's funny is, Bush tried terrorists in civilian court, and that was ok. Do you want to know why? You have to try "illegal enemy combatants" in civilian court otherwise if you try them in military court you have to recognize that they were in fact Prisoners of War the entire time and not illegal enemy combatants. If they were in fact Prisoners of War, then they would have had protections under the Geneva convention, and those "enhanced interrogation techniques" AKA Torture, would be a war crime.

Bush did have terror suspects tried in Civilian court. Remember Zacarias Moussaoui?

But oh, I forgot, it's the Obama administration, so they must be doing something wrong, just because it's the Obama administration that does it!

HA wow thanks for contradicting yourself Eurisko, because if i recall, when asked about the temporary solution of the "drill baby drill" movement Sarah Palin wants, you said we need that oil and we need it now and i quote you said 'we will cross that bridge when we get there" about how a member pointed out the oil will run out either way and that we needed alternative fuels now, you said we will think about it when we get there.
