OK Wookiep I changed the headline just for you and your brother GreenBicMan.

Now please tell me how you would answer the question.

Well I don't know "GreenBicMan" nor is he my brother... BUT thanks for the title change!! If the dollar collapsed that would be the beginning of some very dire situations. It would prolly start out small as we would begin to just accept that a new world currency was taking the stage... At first it wouldn't sound all that bad, but eventually it would lead to even more unemployment...and more foreign control. In the big picture?? It would lead to WWIII. Sooo...

A good idea would be to take a survival approach. Stalk up on as many canned goods as possible, but that would only sustain someone for so long. Get your loved ones together and create a *real* plan. Find somewhere to settle down with those you trust and I mean *really* trust. Get security in place and have plenty of water avaliable. A short-range radio would be handy tho it's important to not let anyone know of your exact location otherwise this might jeopardise you and your family. Stay put. That's the only thing you *can* do until order is restored, which it prolly never will be... In that case, we may have to fight to the very end.

Nothing you have said in response to me has had ANYTHING to do with what I have stated here...which is VERY little so far! Well that may be the fisrt *honest* thing I've heard you say all night. Nothing wrong with wanting the best for your family. No reason to "stir" up good-intentioned people who wish the same for their families.... The dollar already collapsed and it was in the headlines. What, you guys don't read the paper? It was over a year ago. It seems to be inching up, and then down again. I wonder what would be the best item for trade if it does die, gold?

the dollar isnt worth the paper its printed on.....when the goverment took us off the gold standard. now the dollar is based on faith and some other complex matrixes. all hail the "mighty dollar"
