Jim Crow LAWS might by history - sadly however, Jim Crow ATTITUDEs are not.

muzzleflash: You sir are as racist and ignorant as the KKK.

Cracker is actually the N word. For whites.

ATS allows the N word now? ????

You have it ALL wrong. "Cracker" is not an "n" word for whites. You sir are correct that racist attitudes are not history, and the door swings both ways. If you had included the rest of the definition of 'cracker', which most definitely IS used as a racist term TODAY, other people could see how it was used as a perjorative term before the 1960's. Thanks. Peace.

This guy evidently never saw Babe Ruth and his temper...

So he's saying that "people of color" bring violence?

Yeah, like no white person ever brought violence to a sport...

What color was he? Was he a good basketball player?

Question is how many are going for actual education and how many are going for a football or basketball scholarship. Not that a college education means anything these days. You don't need to have a degree to ask if you want fries with that?

Good question, i have no idea. Don't look a gifted horse in the mouth thou. Most of those that play college sports on a scholarship don't go to professional sports in there respective fields, but graduate with degrees. It's a worthy trade off IMO

Hehe...yea i feel ya on that one. Unless your going to into a profession that requires a degree, a 4 year degree isn't needed. There is nothing wrong with learning a trade at a community college. If anything i think they need more funding.

Will the white's all star weekend include a dunk contest? and if so, will they lower the baskets so as that the whites can dunk?
