I walked into White's club in September last year - literally just off the street! They were very nice considering i was seeing if i could sell them some IT!

And compared to Flylingdales - Memwith Hill is very approachable - most of the domes are adjacent to the road (off the A59) - a copy of Ordnance Survey map Explorer 297 is quite detailed.

yes i second RAF Fylingdales, my uncle was a radar technician in the 70's when it was composed of 3 large raydomes.

now it is a 3 faced pyramid and a high priority target, i have seen pictures of a command room that looked very unremarkable but i have it on good authority that there are more hardened levels underground.

it's surrounded with a high voltage fence with another perimeter fence with its own police post.

i have asked a few probing questions to my uncle but he is tight lipped but he did give me a small snippet of UFO info, maybe just a made up tale.

9. Vatican Secret Archives
You can view any document you wish. But you cannot enter the archive. You must submit your request for a document and it will be supplied to you. Despite the foolishness of the recent junk from Ron Howard and Dan Brown (Angels and Demons) the documents are all available and there are no copies of suppressed scientific theories or great works that were banned.

Sooooooo, we cannot enter that archives? Who can? Also, If no one can enter except a select few, how are the rest of us suppose to know that we have a FULL LISTING of the documents in the Vatican?

Just food for thought.

If all documents in the Vatican are allowed to be seen why can't you enter the archive?

I live litterally only a few miles away from RAF Menwith Hill and I have to say as a kid growing up they have always intrigued me, over the years i kave known people to get camera's confiscated and sometimes arrested by the military police.

I sure would love to have a sneaky snoop around ....

I lived in Menston for a couple of years (so im guessing Otley for you - does Weegmans still do those amazing pies?) #

I never knew about Memwith really till I was running about up there. Then (about a year later) I take my inlaws for a drive and out of the blue my father in law says - oh is that Memwith - I was stationed there! - but this was pre the USA involvement days apparently.

Every one of us here has or needs something to hide and not only here (online), i´m thinking in the real life, you know?
And to hide, is something that is in the human nature if you think of it.

Here`s something interesting to read to follow my thinking.

incase
if, the above did not make any sense, is because i just came from the Sauna and had a "swim" in the powdery snow and feel a bit lightheaded

i just love it

You can't go almost anywhere in Thailand without government clearance. However, that is easy compared to trying to get into a Porn Shop in Singapore!

I live in Thailand and go anywhere I want. Also I have been in a sex shop in Singapore.

Hm, there's also that Skinwalker Ranch. I wouldn't mind spending a week or so there. Never had any paranormal experiences and that place seems like it's ripe with them. I know you can get in the surrounding area and pretty close to it, but I'd like to actually get on the ranch.

The two at the top of my list are:-

Antarctica:

A few years back there were many many installations bigger than new york blacked out all over the place. The black marks and what was under them have mysteriously disappeared of late.

Diego Garcia:

There's some serious covert activities there and it's not just the above ground training facilities nor the underwater submarine base. Many mutated and rare sea creatures wash up on the beaches of one side of the island. They also have the kind of massive air conditioning apparatus that one might need to pump air into some very significant underground spaces. How often do airconditioning engineers die in the course of duty?

I call a massive BS on that 'not without government clearance' codswallop.

I have friends who go to thailand 2-3 times a year even during times when the foriegn office advised against it and they've never been stopped, questioned or otherwise hassled. I also know someone who has lived there up in a mountain village. He's the only white there and has never experienced any government intervention in his 30+ years of residency.

As a foreigner the only thing you need worry about is kidnap for ransom which i understand has reduced greatly in the last 12-18 months.

I'm just across the moors from Fylingdales ... and I believe there is more to it than meets the eye.

My ex-partner had call to visit there to make a delivery a few years ago and he and his collegue were met at the gatehouse and escorted by armed guards into the building ... where they were taken by elevator several floor-levels below ground ... made their delivery and were escorted back to their van and off the property.

ALMOST made it......my husband and I have been to the Area 51 area several times. The first time, we drove our car right up to the sign that warns of deadly force being used......I stayed in the car while my then-boyfriend, (my now husband) took a flashlight and went sniffing around. Within about 5 minutes, (it was about 9pm or so) a bright spot-light shown upon my husband and then shifted quickly to where I was in the car and back again onto my husband. Nothing was ever said....the light was warning enough. We ended up pitching a tent right beside the road that night and BOTH of us had strange dreams of being surrounded and hearing voices saying, "What are we gonna do with them..." etc and all other kinds of noises and movement around the tent....it was like being a part of a giant night terror/sleep paralysis episode.....where I was conscious of my surroundings....but still in a dream-like state......the next day we were followed around by a SUV that held 2 dudes in uniform and nasty looking guns. They never said a word to us and never got closer to us than 50 yards or so....and they trailed us until we left the area and went back to the main highway. We probably would p*ss ourselves if we knew how close we got to biting it that night......
We went back a couple of times (we were, at the time, living in SLC and would travel to Las Vegas for my husband to gamble...it was only about a 5 to 6 hour drive). We saw ALL kinds of flying lights and spheres during those trips to the area......once we got so spooked by what we saw that we slept in the car......
