Dog teats are OK but not those of a woman, that is just plain silly.

C'mon! you know that's not even relevant here. Dogs don't walk around with clothes on, (unless it's Paris' Chiwawa).. and don't go around molesting their young.

Decent argument please.

There will never be a 100% assurance. The last publicised bombing was in a man's rectum. Biological weapons will surface. Sorry to burst your bubble.

if they would kindly step into one, get scanned and publish the pictures if they are not a privacy issue !!!

Absolutely brilliant idea. Hand this to Watson. (Thats my AJones impression)
Great idea. Seriously. This is the kind of thread where friends are made. Great thinking.

Yes, pure logic. I am sure many people would like to take a look at our leaders and see if they "measure up".

If a woman's breasts drive a person to molest their young, then they have mental issues that need to be dealt with.

LOL are you serious?

If that's the case, I guess you won't mind if the goverment sets up cameras all over your house, and watches you or your children have a shower to prevent "terrorism" I mean what's the big deal right?

An Englismans home is his castle, his domain. The same cannot be said for an internation flight. Can you people please get over the naked body. Is this sight full of fundelmental victorian christains or something....
Go across to Europe and may parts have no problem within the naked body...
I shall say it one more time if you have a problem with the naked body you have a problem with yourself...

For those who are laughing at people because they assume we don't like nudity. That's not the point here. The point here is privacy and mostly "CONTROL"

Compare it to this.

You tell someone that they are going to have to take their clothes off and get pictures taken if they want to get the office job. And every job now requires this.

Now I know what your saying, you still have a choice. But the fact is, these kind of laws "forces" you to GIVE UP your freewill. Because if you don't you won't be able to survive in this world.

So you say we still have a choice, I say that the choice is an ILLUSION, because from the beginning they knew you would still want to travel, to see family, for work, to survive in this world.

So basically, what's next!? What else will they come up with that might FORCE you to give up your freewill, give in to their control over your life? That's what worries me, their control over us, and their illusion of freewill. Not the naked body!

As to the question in the OP, yes, it is a naked body. I would like to raise a point though. Who are we guarding against with this scanner. I would argue that it is radical Islamic militants. Maybe we should view them as a problem. I am not looking for the whole Koran isn't evil in and of itself debate. I just think that we should not be forced to tolerate the sub-groups of this intolerant religion. Why should we spend the money on such equipment, and basically be stripped naked to fly on an airplane? We should take care of the problem at the source. They use the word 'Jihad', let's give it back to them.

I see ATS Admin thinks it's a nude image, they did an edit on the OP.

"ADMIN EDIT: images removed as they violate our no nudity policy."

Considering the scanner results are not going to be published and in fact only professionals will see it? Rather like when you go to a hospital for tests. Or are of opinion that's invasion of privacy that must be stopped too? What about gynocologists and urologists? Are THEY rampaging perverts that must be stopped in your book as well?

Very interesting topic -

To me - yes, it looks like a blue, naked lady in poor lighting.

Wouldn't we be safer if everyone just had to be naked in order to board a plane?

Wait a second - wouldn't they arrest us all if we tried that?

Hmmm... what's amiss here?

The point I am trying to make is that you can't compare a lactating dog to a females body being shown to strangers. Some people are really sick and have a great laugh behind these screens, looking at your body & knowing that you are most uncomfortable with the situation. It's degrading, and a violation of your personal right as a human being.

One of America's founding fathers made a statement once that seems to bear repeating:

Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. Ben Franklin, 1775

The terrorists seem to have won. Americans have been scared into giving away their Liberty at an alarming rate. Which brings to mind another Franklin quote:

Democracy is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner, Liberty is a well armed sheep disputing that vote.

That one is one of my favorites. The point is, freedom to travel between states without restriction was one of the intents of the constitution. I hope the Oath Keepers and other patriots are at ready. The time is coming.

All you " I don't have a problem with this "
Is there anything TPTB could do to you that would prove unacceptable ?
I get the impression you would happily bend over with a smile on your stupid faces saying "whats the big deal, we all have asses, screw away "

You're seriously comparing traveling to going in for a medical exam?

These aren't going to stop at airports, the people pushing them have been saying for years that they want to put them everywhere where "security" is an "issue."
Football stadiums, courthouses, amusement parks, the post office, state borders, and on and on and on...

How many thousands of people said it was crazy to think that cell phone text messages would be kept?

How many times were we told our email archives wouldn't be sold?

What makes you think that something like nude images would be any different?

Why do you hold airport personal at such high esteem that they'd never do something immoral?
You really think those guys/ladies are somehow morally immaculate? They'd never think bad thoughts about anyone, and they'd never sell exclusive celebrity nudes or images of children for big bucks, because they're perfectly nice, good people. All of them. Nothing to worry about, everybody but them terrorists loves us, right?

You're in denial. Snap out of it.

Maybe you are a little paranoid. I love how people who are super self righteous like to tell everyone else they need to wake up. Anyone that thinks differently then you must be wrong and an Obama fan boy or NWO supporter of course.

Do you have stock in foil companies?
