Am I sure? No. But unlike most moon images, this is one I can look at and succesfully interpret as being something other than flat planes and moonrocks.

That looks similar to the black splotches that were discussed extensively in one of the LCROSS threads. A whole bunch of identical splotches were found in a couple dozen places. The general consensus was that they were something on the camera lense.
