VP Biden's Motorcade Involved in 3rd MVA in Week

Two NYPD officers suffered minor injuries Tuesday during an accident
involving the Vice President Joe Biden's motorcade in Manhattan.

It happened at 49th Street and 10th Avenue in Manhattan.

Officials say members of the Vice President's advance team collided
with a livery cab.

The Vice President was not involved in the accident.

The police officers and the driver of the livery cab suffered minor injuries.

Vice President Biden was on his way to tape an episode of "The Daily
Show with Jon Stewart."

This was the third accident involving Biden's motorcade in the past
week. On Nov. 11 in Washington D.C., a pedestrian was killed after a
crash involving the vice president's motorcade. Then on Monday a
sheriff's deputy was injured in an incident involving Biden's
motorcade in Albuquerque, N.M.

What a bad week for the secret service. They are the ones who plan travel routes and drive the motorcade, right? If Biden was the one driving, we would never hear the end of this. Fortunately he wasn't...but I'm sure someone will spin it so that it is Biden's fault...
