2008 - 44th president campaigns with slogan of "Hope", disputed, most unpopular
2010 - unrest, rioting, domestic militia terror attacks
2011 - President invokes Homeland Security act declares martial law in west coast and other areas
2012 - President accepts second term in office
2013 - DC low yield nuke takes out president and congress, chaos, foreign troops deployed to DC, California secedes, Republic of Texas formed, United states civil war into 2014

I think the NWO elite were planning the timeline shown in "Shattered Union" more or less as shown, however it may be possible for discrepancy, if their plans get pushed back, however martial law and civil war into 2014 would be a possibility as that marks 100 years sine 1914. the start of WW1 and the US Federal Reserve "NWO".
