Hey Guys,

What's up?

Was wondering if anyone might have any insight.
If for the last couple of days my feet have been feeling odd.

I wear socks to work of course, but after just a few hours, maybe 3hrs, they feel as if they DESPERATELY need some air, but I can't exactly take my socks off at work.

Also they feel a little dehydrated too.

Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks

You may have bad circulation. Try some exercise.

HUH, that's odd,

Is it a burning sensation?

Are you sitting or standing?

Bad circulation. Are you also often thirsty?

Are you diabetic?

If so, get some excersize.

Feel better.

Time for new shoes - - or socks??

What do you wear on your feet at work? What sort of work do you do?, Office? mix indoor outdoor?

Get some nice pink fluffy bunny slippers... Say they are orthopaedic, no one can say anything then

I do computer work and my shoes are ancient at this point

socks are new though and I just washed all of them
shoes still ancient.

bad circulation eh?
Never thought of that

I don't feel more thirsty as I normally do.

a while ago I did have some.. I don't know skin coming off 3 of my toes though. My wife told me to throw my old socks away.

The skin issue is gone, a few weeks later(today) I have this issue now.

Last year I made the mistake of not throwing out a pair of crappy shoes. I didn't know why, but my Big toes, and sometimes others were going numb all the time. Lasted for a week or two. As soon as I got new shoes it went away. Maybe your ancient shoes are cutting off circulation?
