No, it's not possible.
RFID chips only work in two places in the body, that's the forehead and the lower arm I believe.
It would have to be imbedded direcltly there, not in the blood stream or anything like that, it's too big.

Like I said, It won't work in any other place than the two I listed since they need a specific voltage to work in the body and those are the two places which have it.
I would be more worried about the Therosyne they are putting in that vaccine.
