This is a small crop from the browse version of the original photo, the original photo is a 5256x132016 pixels image.

This image (H0018_0000_ND4) is the one used for the general look.
Then they use three other images (H0018_0000_RE4, H0018_0000_GR4 and H0018_0000_BL4) for the red, green and blue channels, but these images have a
lower resolution, they are "only" 657x16502, so the colour resolution is much smaller (1/8) when compared with the detailed view.
So, while being a useful tool to show the 3D look of the whole are and the general colours, these images are far from a perfect reproduction of how
things really are.
As an example, here are the images for the red, green and blue channel at the same resolution as the previous image from the detailed view.
