Stalins Grandson Sues Newspaper

Yevgeny Dzhugashvili says an article claiming Stalin personally ordered the deaths of Soviet citizens is a lie.

A Moscow court has agreed to hear the case against the opposition newspaper Novaya Gazeta.

Very, very interesting that the Kremlin is moving to attempt to re-rehabilitate the mans image, considering the past 30-40 years worth of erasing all public memorabilia of the Soviet regime. I wonder what this heralds for Russia going forwards?

EDIT: Apparently this particular grandson is well known as an apologist for Stalin & his regime. Given as Stalin was directly responsible for his fathers death by refusing to trade him from the Germans during WWII, this mans stance concerning his grandfather is nothing short of mild lunacy, really.
