I couldnt watch the video it would load from work, so Im assuming what you are talking about is actually a lenticualar cloud or altocumlus lenticularis

If this is the case, its completely a natural thing

The link shows many types of lenticular clouds

It looks to be a hole-punch cloud , generally thought to be caused by a column of ice crystals falling from a higher altitude.

If its a hole punch cloud Im assuming that someone wouldve labelled ot as a cloaked UFO within a cloud layer

Just to add to eaglewingz....its generallt caused by virga falling from cirrus clouds into an altocumulus layer. It can also be caused by the movement of aircraft through a cloud layer

It appears relatively thin to be a natural lenticular cloud.
