Well you do realize that he is absolutely correct that this countries best days are behind us because of the internet...from his point of view. Heaven forbid the slaves should ever count the armbands and realize that we far outnumber the masters.

Because we are more informed and very quickly informed, it makes us harder to trick. To get something to slip past us until it is way too late. I believe it was GHW Bush that said he didn't need to watch the news programs because he already knew what they stories they were going to run. Well informed? A news maker? Was he just being cocky? Or honest that he knew which stories would be ran and which ones would be ignored?

I believe it was Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching that wrote that people not involved in a government should not complain about the actions of the government because they were not fully informed of the intricacies of the matters at hand. I agree with that view. It is hard to make an informed decision without the details, however that is not what our form of government is like. We the People have the right and duty to be as informed as possible.

It is our "leaders" that wish us to remain in the dark. Information destabilizes the easy divides of political ideology. It makes them more accountable. Less able to cut a slice of the pie for themselves. I mean, take a guy making $75K/yr before election and despite the $180K (or whatever the current rate is) walks away from the office in 2-6 years with a net worth of $14 million or so and answer the question of how? Best days behind him indeed once all that quick information does the digging to answer that how and the charges are brought. Burglars tend to hate it when the alarm is tripped and the police sirens are heard heading their way too.

I think these guys are in a panic because their bs fort is falling down around them. More and more people are waking back up every day.

alright folks still reading, would anyone like to know why six is "etc."? Because to go beyond this point should p. really have anything, and not just regurgitating current events, then it would be to boring. The beauty in ending it with etc. is A.) it makes it shorter. B.) it gives a false illusion of a learned/educated Person.(to "read", or "see" that takes observation) C.) using B it gives p. a since of empowerment over many who are too afraid to question; in fear more is to come.

People forget the little things. I don't. I can tell a lot about a person by looking at their environment. While most people only observe the conditions of a person's home, I observe the items that are laying around. Photos, type of plants, wallpapers, color of paint, etc... I am able to learn a lot about a person within the first ten minutes.

I was trained to do so.

When I go into a job interview, I look for sculptures and other art pieces. I am able to tell how a person thinks by the type of art they own. I can also tell you exactly where, when, why, and how the piece was created. I can also tell what a society was like around the artist.

I was trained to observe.

No. It is in finding our commonalities that we may find a way out of the enforced hierarchy of this mockery of society. Well, that's part of it.
You see we're all connected, people are starting to realise that. We're starting to wake up for real. The internet is helping that process.
The hate must stop. We are not separate!
What we do to others, or how we treat them and how we feel about them affects ourselves and everyone.
Also, the ability to share and communicate openly, instantly and without censorship is not a negative thing and will help to make the world a better place. Trying to put a stop to this is tantamount to trying to turn the lights off before everybody sees the truth.
But people of enough parts of the world are now so accustomed to the internet that taking it from them would not be tolerated.

We are all connected. The world can come together and revel in our differences and celebrate our commonalities and in fact it is, no NWO needed or wanted.

Further. I pay for access to the Internet. Without the ability to speak freely online, I would halt paying and would revert to another free communication paradigm.

Great thread,OP! S&F for you! I think we here in ATS and at other alternative news sites should be honored that we are now considered to be a bipartisan threat it means that they feel threatened now that more people are beginning to notice that neither party has their best interests at hart.

The Internet - you might have to dig through a pile of crappola to find what is good but that's my choice.

Conversely, if you cannot as an organization with billions of dollars at your disposal, effectively appeal to the populace with what you have to say....are you sure that's OUR fault?

I would think with the money at their disposal and a century of advertizing, psychological works on sociological phenomena......

That by now they would have figured out how to say something.

Which suggests that perhaps the problem isn't that they don't know what to say, so much as they have much they DO NOT want to say.....and don't like being challenged on it.

Essentially, they are claiming that you and I cannot tell the difference between BatBoy and Cancer Patient. That they need to cull on our behalf.

Just because there are experts doesn't mean they are always correct either. When the best advice based on evidence that one can give flies directly in the face of common sense, then perhaps the consensus of peers needs to broaden its definition of who may challenge their findings.

Robs Very Cunning Plan is one option. There are others, what's important is the knowledge and then the action to claim (legally claim) and take control of your strawman. From what I've seen and read, I'm not sure Rob is clear cut leading to that or not, so it might be worth doing some investigating before jumping in with him.

Also, this fraud has been perpetrated across the Globe. So, which ever country you're in, take out your driver's license and check the country name and your name... are they written in all caps...?

We're going off topic a little bit, sorry Sancho. Going back on topic, the internet is a tool that we can use to explore the connection we have with all people that was always there. Congradulations one and all. The biggest fear in every government is the enlightened common man/woman. For decades the government has worked to keep you from talking to one another. They have worked hard at keeping you in the dark and at pointing you in the wrong direction. ATS is one way for we common folk to at least express different oppinions. No one ever said that anyone here had to believe what another said. That is left for the domain of the government, and they don't like it when we disagree.
