Aliens? Angels? Dancing lights in the sky.

saw this on youtube after watching a UFO video, havent seen it on here yet so i decided to post this.

THe first part looks like a run of the mill lights in the sky taping, however the second part is far stranger, looks like dancing lights. Check it out, the maker of this video think they are angels.

i dont think so can anyone explain?

I have no idea what it is, but it looks similar to the 'flying humanoid' videos.. from Mexico.

the first part i dunno about, however after 1 min or so the dancing lights start, looks really strange.
