i have a crush on a married woman....need advice

I think almost everyone is giving valid advice here, so won't compound what's already been said.

I will offer this though, think of best-case-scenario:

She leaves her husband, you guys go out for drinks and form a relationship and you're happy together.

Ok, that sounds really good, but it doesn't make for a good professional relationship, you're going to need to find another job, for both your sakes and those of everyone you work with - no matter how well you conduct yourselves in the workplace, people will still gossip and if she's your direct manager etc it will be worse.
