I'm wondering if you actually read the form?

A few points of interest:

The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease. The Department has determined that quarantine in your home and other less restrictive alternatives are not acceptable because [insert the reason home quarantine is not acceptable, the person violated a previously issued home quarantine order, the person does not have an appropriate home setting conducive to home quarantine, etc.]

Doesn't need a lot explanation does it?

Not everyone can stay quarantined at home can they?

You may bring your cell phone with you should you desire to have greater access to a means of communication.

Wow a concentration camp where you're allowed to bring your phone!

You should be aware that Iowa law prohibits an employer from firing, demoting, or otherwise discriminating against an employee due to the compliance of an employee with a quarantine order issued by the Department.

So Iowa has laws protecting you from losing your job too...how evil of them...

Whatever it is and for whatever reason, its about to happen. They have everything in place,mass graves, fema camps, paper work, national guard far away unable to protect us, underground bunkers, and probably a suprise fleet of "Saucers" . Boston seems to be the test city .

i agree with you all the way up to the saucers. who knows about the timing part. but this crap will happen.

its gonna be a mess. im not even close to prepared.

but this whole vaccination thing could be just a world psychological program. just another softkill vaccine to make people sick. and then after they gain the worlds trust.......bam....hit them with the kill vaccine.

or maybe the internet screwed thier plans up and they are being found out so they are going for broke and gonna go with the big one now.

or they are doing the usual social engineering restructuring of the people but in super slow motion because of technology. so they will slowly starve us and we will change just like a frog in water with the heat being turned up slowly. we won't notice poeple starving around us because it will be happening so slowly.

you do know that the camps will be manned by blackwater foreign troops, russian, german, maybe even chinese troops. when it gets real bad, the roadblocks will be foreign troops.
