Okay, so if you don't want to watch the video, Kaku is basically saying that in order to move to a Type 1 civilization and get closer to our galactic destiny, we have to accept a one world order. Even worse, he says that terrorists are people who oppose the establishment of a world nation!

I'm still a fan of Kaku, and I hope he's just being mislead.

I believe there is a diference between a New World Order and a unified world.

In a NWO type situation, we are forced to come under the same rule.

In a unified world we gradually work together and eventually advance the quality of life for everyone.

I want a unified world.

But a forcibly unified world achieves nothing but further chaos.

Absolutely. I'd rather a world unified in spirit than in government.

I dearly wish I could view this video.

I can't imagine Kaku being mislead as such. Perhaps it is in your interpretation of what he said. Kaku is a very bright man and it frightens me to think that perhaps he's not what I have thought of him.

Nah, it's pretty clear. I hope and think his heart is in the right place, but I totally disagree with him on this count.

He doesn't seem to be advocationg an NWO. He does however say that.. the change between a type 0 and type 1 can be very destructive, and that humans should work together to make that transition.

But he's a futurist. That means he wants to see the survival and advancement of man kind. So naturally a unified world is something he would like to see.

The only propaganda I saw from him.. was where he said terrorists do not want to see this transition. Which in part might be true.. but there's a million different reasons people turn to extremism in that form.
