Boston launches flu shot tracking

www.boston.com

"..Several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations...Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine's recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.

Oh lovely. So now not only are people required to get the shot.. they ACTUALLY HAVE TO BE ISSUED IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS. Why not just cut to the chace and start up the forehead-and-right-hand tatoo booths?

The article goes on to describe how the information would be used for a database to TRACK PEOPLE in case of a mass epidemic (yeah right).

I wish the article title were a bit more dramatic because I think the idea of TRACKING people who have received the ****** shot BY BRACELET is beyond obsecene.

Hi HI

Great find - problem is it's old news.

Look at the date... (November 2008)...

Also, it's already being covered here on ATS - though I have to say the other thread about this doesn't seem to get it's old news either.

peace

Indeed it's old news.

However I am more than happy to take any and all links to this story.

It is profound and should be sent out as an email to your friends and family.

Mainstream coverage is exactly what we need.
