Equipment Failure Knocks Out Utah TV Signals

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A serious technical glitch at DTV Utah knocked nearly every Utah TV station off of the air Sunday evening.

At approximately 8:15 p.m. all TV stations housed at DTV Utah went off line. DTV Utah is a joint operation of Utah TV stations formed to tackle digital television transmission.

I was watching football last night when, the channel when out. I thought I was having satellite problems or something. I flipped around and, every local channel was also off the air. I called my brother to see if he was having the same problem. He was.
It sounds like there is only one antenna in the state and, someone shot it.

Nothing odd here in Layton. We watched tv all night long (ar at least we had it on. . . ) didn't notice anything.

yeah,I think it was just Satellite and antenna, cable was fine.
