Coincidence? Or could it be that George Lucas has a brain?

The force is with you young Zorgon!
Notice how the Star Destroyer looks a lot like a Triangle Starship?
Do you think Phobos is a space station?

I'm surprised there wasn't a large gathering of Star Wars fans in here to correct when the partial Death Star was first seen.

May the force be in my second line

As much as I want to think it is something alien inside, I gotta agree with those who speculate that it is just from when they overlay the pics together. It you check the big photo linked at the bottom of page 1 (HERE),you'll see that the white 'lights' extend beyond the moon's mass.

You can also see overlay lines from the square shaped images put together like a puzzle.

I couldn't find the exact one I was looking for, but there are tools online that show you how they put together images of celestial objects from the thousands to millions of snapshots taken. The Eagle Nebula is a great example of this.

www.hubblesite.org...

The one I was looking for shows this color imaging plus how they compress file sizes together to make the complete image.

Sadly I think all this photo shows is bad editing on the part of the photographer(s) assigned to work on it.

Are all these moons being manufactured in the same factory? Somebody check their DNA and see if they are related.

Is this the moon that has an anomaly which is called the Monolith? I've read where allot of scientists find Phobos to be a real enigma. I don't remember the reasons. And there's even speculation that it might be an artificial satellite. I think it's a giant space potato.

Looks like lights in a pattern, maybe on top of buildings?

The second one looks like a runway of some sort.

No one finds it strange that people were able to build a giant "base" on phobos? This has to be (IMO) one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. You're kidding your selves if you think humans have managed to build a secret base inside one of Mars' moons. Earths moon? That's feasible, but only just.

I don't understand how you can convince your selves that you're looking at a "secret moon base".

Alas, I'd like to hear your reasons and see any "evidence" you can show me as to such possibilities as well as any explanation you might have as to why we appear to be struggling to get a (known) outpost on Earths moon.

I checked a much larger picture of this. There are artifact
lights to the left. Now I'm more impressed by the man made
looking radar dish crater on top!
Somewhere on this moon is a Monolith.

I think this so called moon was found and picked by an alien race in the
asteroid belt. They extended the warp field around it. Then they
turned on their gravity wave tractor beam and pointed it at the asteroid.
Then they towed it to Mars and placed it in orbit. Then they dug
out the middle and installed a space station.
The entrance is clocked by some sort of hologram.
The entrance is probably that radar dish shaped crater on top.

It ate a Russian spacecraft...

It disappears from time to time then returns...

It has a Monolith...

AND...

Buzz Aldrin says 'stay away from the Moon' and INSISTS we go check it out...

That ought to be enough of an 'enigma'

On first look it looks like a picture fault, the dots are to in line and very pinpoint. As for the crater thats a sweet pic but i dont think its a satelite.

Well Gools pic gave me a titter, simply because I was doing exactly the same thing at the time. The op's original pic was no use really

As for the radar thingy at the top, that IS at a join in pics. the lighting does not match up.
