WASHINGTON (AFP) – The United States wants to enlist its 3.4 million Girl Scouts in the effort to combat hurricanes, pandemics, terror attacks and other disasters.

In a time of dire need I think everybody wishes there was something they could do to help. I guess there are some folks that would like to hide out or run for the hills.
