Im a teenager interested in expanding my awareness. My main interests are visual arts and trying to see more things(as in astral projecting and stuff, psychic type of things.) I have had some experiences but they are mostly by chance and accident. I want to learn to have them. Any tips on where I should start?

What experiences did you have ?
