Idea for Forum : Refresh Thread

Just some wild thought i had a while ago.

Alot of really really good threads on ATS go unnoticed for one reason or another ( time posted could have something to do with it )

Basically my idea is to let the OP of any thread refresh their page, so that it appear on a new bar on the side below new thread bar....maybe a "Revisited Thread" or something.

This could cost a certain number of ATS points to do, maybe something modest like 500 points for a refresh, with only one being made available 24 hours after posting said thread. A thread would only be eligible if it receives >10 replies.

Just a wild thought, to stop good threads from going unnoticed....maybe a second chance for said threads.

lemmy know what you guys think of this idea, and maybe add some things of your own to make it perfect.

Might be pretty cool, and would surely save me some time from having to scroll around looking for good threads that are "hidden". lol

I always seem to be missing decent threads, I think its because Im on the other side of the world to most posters

id like to hear a mod opinion on this maybe we can make something happen.
