Daytime footage of UFO over Moscow - 8/12/09

Did a quick search and didn't see this posted here.. was perusing YT and came across this odd video. I know there arent many reference points beyond the cloud striations but can anyone name the craft or object in the vid?

It kind of looks like a pulsing vertical banana.

According to Your Sky, Venus would have been quite bright at that time in the eastern sky just before sunrise.

Without more details, such as direction of the light and camera type, certainty isn't possible.
However, atmospheric diffraction and camera artifacts can certainly explain how a celestial body can appear as in the video.

thought could be Venus but Ive never seen it so bright but if the calc show it above Moscow that may be the likeliest option. thought it could be ISS but wasn't moving fast enough.

To me it looks like a badly filmed (out of focus and zoomed beyond camera capacity) plane coming towards the camera. The one per second flashing red light is a tell tale sign of a plane.

I would agree with you about the plane except when the guy pulls out it still a brightly lit object that does not resemble a plane.

Im leaning toward Venus but not completely sure still..

The ship is generating the lights some how.
One had twin electrostatic ball lights for a time.
We can't see the ship, only the high voltage lights.
I'd say that strong electric fields bend light millions of times better that gravity.

ED: This might indicate electrical activity approaching the frequency
of light in the millions of cycles although some think for simple
levitation a craft could have a lower electrical frequency.

It clearly looks as though something is generating light, not reflecting as would be the case with and approaching airplane. Still could be Venus but there seems to be an obvious rotating movement with the craft even when the video pulls out.

Hmmm.... at about 1:11 in it looks a lot like Kenny from south park . omg Kennys ghost?
