After extensive studies, I am still unable to understand the Mayan Calender.
Some help me out.

all i know is it was supposedly very accurate, and consisted of 4 or 5 'ages' the 'age' in which we are in is supposed to end on 23rd dec 2012 i think... i used to know a fair bit more but havent studied history for a year or so now
