For those on a true spiritual quest when something is found I would like to share it with others. That is what we are supposed to do, we learn from one another. I don't keep it to myself and let you feel your way in the dark when I can turn the light on for you. I see this time and time again. I believe that the truth in certain things will only be recognized and apparent in the person that is ready to receive the answer. So if you gave the "knowledge" that was bestowed upon you, only those ready to receive would be able to use it.
I'm sorry, I really hope you have found the WOW! as you put it but really? Why does everything have to be so cloaked in mystery. Like I know something you don't....nah nah nah nah nah nah!
Is there any danger that can come from this? Can it be used unwisely?

So why was your dentist cutting the frenum when he was in the navy for??? Did he give you any reason as to why the navy asked that it be cut? If not, can you ask him?

Kechari Mudra
Kechari Mudra is practiced by placing the tongue in the nasal cavity. The gold line symbolizes the nadi going through the center of the tongue. Kechari mudra is achieved by practicing talavya kriya. Students are advised against cutting the frenulum. Kechari can be achieved through dedicated practice of talavya kriya which brings about kechari naturally. Energy radiates through the tongue to stimulate the Ajna center and the 3rd ventricle of the brain.
