Sorry a broken link to some supposed document, and a local news broadcast from Podunk Nowhere’sville doesn’t prove anything to me.

Even in the news report, they admit that they cannot prove the SOURCE of the barium, the barium could have been in the water, rather then come from the sky. For all we know he could have intentionally put barium in the water samples, as we have seen in the photos above it would not be the first time a chemtrailer has lied about their supposed proof.

Please go back to my first posts, and show me where they issued a NOTAM for aerial spraying. See, you cannot get around that, that is a law that even the military must follow.

The CFR paper discusses both National and private sector capabilities with regards to what people are referring to as chemtrails. They're just already doing it, that's all... no longer a proposal.

I guess Atmospheric prognosis is ( believed to be ) much more dangerous than we're publicly told.

I suppose ' geoengeneering could be cover for something, but- I could only guess.

Why not just use The SUN, Renise, CarniCON, World Net Daily, or Pravda as a source. I mean when I want legitimate facts I ALWAYS go to some questionable blog put up by gawd knows who.

Either way though I read your document, and there is not a single mention of the word Chemtrails in it. Now they do discuss the idea of doing Geoengineering, which is a legitimate thing, but its is currently not going on ATM. They discuss and write papers on lots of things which are not currently happening. As we speak, NASA sitting on plans for missions to Mars, the Moon, and even unconventional spacecraft propulsion, but none of that is currently a physical reality. You might find this difficult to believe, but in any big corporation or governing organization there are actually people who get paid to dream stuff up and write about it, even though they are little more then works of science fiction.

Now that is enough about Chemtrails…

The OP cannot prove on the internet that the ( typically ) blurry dots are ufos. We cannot prove otherwise. They are not ufos to me - they are little spots on a computer screen...

The chemtrial compositions might be close to what a high voltage
incubation might generate.
There must be many pages on the analysis.

I'll check for more trails and UFO videos as some trail generators
are glowing quite brightly and do not have a plane in front as
this example does.

This trail has a harmless looking plane making a trail but the
trail is not coming from the engines.

A log of chemtrail/chemcloud activity and strange weather throughout the month of June here in Montreal. Amazingly, I find that people all over the world notice similar patterns and activity levels happening at the same time in diverse countries. You find several people uploading videos of heavy chemtrailing all around the same time, followed by reports that chemtrailing/weather modification has temporarily stopped, usually around holidays. We notice the same things here in Montreal. Easter, Christmas, New Year's, and even St-Jean-Baptiste days are exempt from spraying. At this time, many people in the US are reporting an abrupt chemtrail hiatus just in time for Independance Day celebrations.

As for the agile UFO/Foo there are only a few videos with Foos
tracking a trail makes, and a trail making UFO for the mater,
so there must be different craft. If the Foo was so agile to avoid
being shot by B-17 gunners, the Foo must be very small and agile
just like in the video.
I talked to a B-17 gunner and said to hit the plane you shot in front.
I quizzed him about seeing any jets and hinted at seeing even more.
He would not say any more as perhaps he did not know the answers.
And was told not to describe the craft after all these years and in retirement.
So who would know anything back then.
But at least I might compare notes.
His flight was noted for the Foo and the crew given special attention.
Perhaps the reason why I eventually met the flier.

I have something on the Foo operation.
