There's alot of Michael Jackson threads about at the minute so I'll try to make this quick:

1. After all the abuse his father put him through why isn't he being criticized?

2. Has no-one ever thought that maybe a drug addiction sent Mike a little strange?

Two simple questions, I haven't seen answered...

Oh I'm sure drugs were a major issue here --the guy was pumped up with them !!
I think he wanted to die--he had concerts coming up that he was in no shape to deal with.
It makes me think suicide possibly because the alternatives would be to let down his legion of fans--imagine the embarrassment on that ??
And he was 50 !!! His looks might have been Peter Pan like but his body was still that of a middle aged man .
Plastic would only cover the surface--not the interior
