Sounds like a certain Baltic state has some explaining to do about how they are selling radioactive wood. If you live in Europe and those briquets won't light, you may want to check into this.

Wow that's pretty bad.

We all have a little caesium in our houses (that is if your smart enough to have at least 1 smoke detector) But burning it on purpose would not be wise at all!

I assume these briquettes are the sort people use in wood burning stoves? Not good at all, how did they become contaminated? Industry of some sort? What else is contaminated?
