Obamas showing how he really feels in the last few days, nominating a racist hispanic to the supreme court and now paving the way for future voter intimidation by the racist and potentially violent black panther party.

Charges brought against three members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense under the Bush administration have been dropped by the Obama Justice Department, FOX News has learned. The charges stemmed from an incident at a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008 when three members of the party were accused of trying to threaten voters and block poll and campaign workers by the threat of force -- one even brandishing what prosecutors call a deadly weapon. The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he "supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews." VIDEO: Click to watch the incident on YouTube The complaint says the men hurled racial slurs at both blacks and whites. A poll watcher who provided an affidavit to prosecutors in the case noted that Bartle Bull, who worked as a civil rights lawyer in the south in the 1960's and is a former campaign manager for Robert Kennedy, said it was the most blatant form of voter intimidation he had ever seen. In his affidavit, obtained by FOX News, Bull wrote "I watched the two uniformed men confront voters and attempt to intimidate voters. They were positioned in a location that forced every voter to pass in close proximity to them. The weapon was openly displayed and brandished in plain sight of voters." He also said they tried to "interfere with the work of other poll observers ... whom the uniformed men apparently believed did not share their preferences politically," noting that one of the panthers turned toward the white poll observers and said "you are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker." A spokesman for the Department of Justice told FOX News, "The Justice Department was successful in obtaining an injunction that prohibits the defendant who brandished a weapon outside a Philadelphia polling place from doing so again. Claims were dismissed against the other defendants based on a careful assessment of the facts and the law. The department is committed to the vigorous prosecution of those who intimidate, threaten or coerce anyone exercising his or her sacred right to vote."

The Black Panthers are had their first convention in decades last week here in Atlanta, it is called the Black Power Conference. Well actually it is in a suburb of Altanta, because they had to find a black owned hotel, seeing as how using a white owned hotel would be offensive to their principals.

Please note the media refers to them as "Black Nationalists" whereas if it were a group of whites, they would be referred to as "White Supremists". Thank goodness blacks can't be racist, otherwise this might be offensive.

Then there is Sotomayor, one of the leaders of La Raza (The Race!). 60% of her rulings were OVERTURNED when reviewed by higher courts. Maybe because her qualifications as a Latino Woman are so unique and so superior to that of a white male? Maybe she can fix the constitution, cause afterall that was written by white males too. I am sure she will try!

With Judge Sonia Sotomayor already facing questions over her 60 percent reversal rate, the Supreme Court could dump another problem into her lap next month if, as many legal analysts predict, the court overturns one of her rulings upholding a race-based employment decision.

Three of the five majority opinions written by Judge Sotomayor for the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and reviewed by the Supreme Court were reversed, providing a potent line of attack raised by opponents Tuesday after President Obama announced he will nominate the 54-year-old Hispanic woman to the high court.

The Black Panthers and the "New Black Panthers" are two very different groups. The Black Panthers do NOT support the New Black Panthers in any way.

Although both were groups of militant idiots, the Black Panthers organized school lunch programs and such. The New Black Panthers are doing nothing for the community and are just a bunch of self-righteous fear-mongers.

Ahh, sorry bout that flyer, I was in a rush this AM to get kids to school then get to work and didnt have time to do a proper search for any existing threads but and I wanted to get the word out on this quickly.
I dont think there's any doubt left about Obama's feelings on race issues.
It seems that hes pretty clear about shoving it in the middle aged white mans face and hes not afraid to show it.
Yea, hes gonna unify the American people.. what BS.. every day that goes by, hes caught in another lie.. how many campaign promises has he broken already? he hasnt even been in office six months.
And NOBODY calls him out on it.
Ill be honest, when he first took office, i kept a very open mind and wanted to give him a chance.
Know what though? Yea im gonna go ahead and say it, hes already shown his self to be a racist and its something that he seems proud about.
You morons elected the biggest con-man of the century but its all of us that will have to pay for your ignorance.. (Im not referring to anybody in particular, im talking to everyone that put this lying racist in office)
