FINALLY! Somebody on here has the cajones to call it by it's name: MEXICAN Influenza!

Alex made some good points yesterday, as did his guests. Can't wait to hear what Dr. Tenpenny (is that her name?) says today after the Monterey evacuation.

Stop being so PC everybody, call it what it is... An influenza named for the country of origin. The influenza pandemic of 1918 was called the "Spanish Flu", even though it probably originated in the southern US. Nobody cried then.

Crap, we should call it the "Illegal immigrant flu" for all I care.

Total star and flag for thread title alone... Wish I could give you more.

Since I can't post again... I'm wondering (out loud) if ALL threads calling the outbreak "Mexican flu" will be closed. I see the point with this one, but I'm just wondering... considering the above statement.
