New AMERICANS Learning the history of 'The Victors'???

the winners write history. the next generation of AMERICANS will not know of the true American history. as the facts get 'lost' the new history will be learned by YOUR kids and their kids.......u can't handle the truth

That's true.

When I was a sophomore I in High School I read "Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee", did not feel very good about being a white man for a while after that.

I would hope that kids would have the types of teachers I had who really made you think.

I would say I hope they have the parents I had, but I kind of get the feeling that this new generation of parents, the gen xers are pretty self absorbed. My parents really took time with all their kids.

When you have a kid you can't go out and party til midnight any more.

I'm not saying all genexers just some, well most.
