is an old cult series, dealing with Vampires, Witches, Warlocks, Demons, and Werewolves...with the central character being a Vampire (Barnabus Collins). It only served as the medium of how they met...(It's actually quite a good series, started back in the 60's...currently airs on the Sci Fi Channel in the states).

Personally, after $95,000 and an $8000 ring, he didn't get laid? Man, I'd haved killed her too, hehe... Seems like the only "draining" in this story was her draining his bank account.

Specifically, the Dark Shadows TV show from a few decades ago...Sort of a soap opera for the supernatural...
