BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) — At least four people were shot and several people taken hostage Friday at an immigration services center in Binghamton, N.Y., according to police and news reports.
At least 41 hostages were in the building of the American Civic Association, The Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin reported. Nearby apartments were being evacuated.

This news is just breaking. Appears to be yet another multiple death shooting at an Immigration Assistance facility in Binghampton, NY.

As of now local news outlets are reporting that there are multiple deaths and wounded. They are also reporting that there are still hostages (reports range from 20 - 40) being held inside the building.

The gunman parked his car at the back of the building, according to news reports and locked the rear exits before starting the shooting.
