President Barack Obama admits that al-Qaeda network is planning fresh raids on the United States from the militants' safe havens in Pakistan

I don't know how IRAN gets that an attack on US soil is likely out of that statement of Obama's ... perhaps they know something we don't know, eh? That 'test' of Obama that Biden slipped and let us know about?

Anyways, if an attack on US soil by terrorists is likely - then wouldn't you say we are still in a WAR ON TERROR?

Yeah. They know exactly that an attack on US soil would come from the American government itself.
