Russia UFO video

I don´t know what they are saying, but the video looks cool
i think, i did a search and found nothing about this video!

What do you think about it? At first i was thinking CGI, it moves
strange, and rotates nice to, maybe someone here knows what
the people in the video are talking about?

Yeah, didn't understand to much of it either. But as you said, Cool video.
Never seen this one before.

You can always ask one of the ATS members that was "registered" as a translator on the The UFO-Alien Applied Linguistics Registry.

But why is there a clearly visible edge when the UFO disappears behind the building ???

So, a massive craft hovered, shot to the right and then
darted back to the left, then the bearded man with a strange
African-looking mask, explained what he believed was on the
footage.
After showing a sketch of the fuzzy craft, and not forgetting
the shot of his magnetic desk ornament, he talked some more
and then the film was shown again and the craft slipped away
behind the building.
Reminds me of the Mexico sightings.

Doesn't anyone here find the editing in these reports a little
like light-hearted p*ss-taking?

I mean, a large mechanical (I guess) craft invades Russian
air space and a Russian news-clip on U-Tube is the ONLY
evidence?

Could be an optical illusion...
Not an entirely uncommon thing I think. Especially since the quality is pretty bad.

No expert on this though. I think ArMap has more knowledge about that.

That could be (and most probably is) a result of the compression, some algorithms add a border in a complementary colour to enhance the main colour, in this case the building.

Or are you talking about a different thing?

PS: It's hard to say anything about this video, the UFO is almost invisible.

So... the cameraman, who obviously worked on 'Hill Street
Blues' seems to struggle with steadying the camera and again,
the 'camera 1, camera 2' game when the studio-guy introduces
the clip, shows me that this is fake.

Al Gore rithums aside, the disappearance behind the building is
a little flaky, if only our 'Parkinson-ridden' cameraman had been
closer and INFRONT of the building, we wouldv'e had certain
evidence of interplanetary visitors.

But no... we've got a fuzzy image, an inset that shows a craft
rotating, a guy from a 60's folk group who likes drawing something
that we can only assume he's seen the inside of, a hypnotising desk
ornament and set from the back end of 'Full Metal Jacket'

Makes you think nuh?

My rough translation of the video:

UFO's are usually messengers of trouble. Usually there is going to be some sort of catastrophe at the places they show up. This autumn an UFO flew over one of the Moscow's regions.

Seeing a UFO during the day, especially in winter is an unique event. People that live in this city had a chance like that, and ufologists think that it is no coincidence.

There are multiple defense structures and laboratories located in this cities that do different experiments including those, that try to recreate UFO like engines -----(real rough here, could be more like "vehicles", but precise translation would be just "Movers")-----
based on mercury.

-----Something about weather and visibility and how this object is couple of hundred meters away-----

Taking into account the weather, I think the object was around kilometer away from the camera, so we can suppose that size of the object was about 20 meters.

If this object is man-made, than, when moving from side to side like this, it shouldn't be able to escape the laws of inertia.

During such movements the object would elevate its front or back, which isn't happening on the video.

Another opinion is that this is a fake, when zooming in we could see the difference in the quality.

When checking if the object is shopped in, we couldn't find any evidence in pixels, brightness, width that the object is photoshopped in.

This gives us no reason to have doubts about this video.

What other surprises this day had to offer to the inhabitants of this town we weren't able to find out, the tape was anonymous.

This is pretty much a rough translation of the video, I didn't bother translating every sentence and/or word, just a rough summary of what each person is saying.
