and what makes it better then the place above you

Will start off

St Albans, Good Transport only a few Minutes away from London by Car and has direct train and slow train to Kings Cross (even so it cost an arm and a Leg)
not that much crime and has a nice history.

In Harpenden. Small world innit. Um, I like it cos um err, it's close to London (like you say) But I hate it also, cos it's full of pretensious @#*◄c♪µ who think that because they live here, they can act posh and stuff. (seriously, go in Billies Bar on a friday or Saturday night) I also hate it because it's full to the brim of coke heads. *types that quietly so neighbours can't hear*

I'm from Leeds and believe me it's certainly NOT GRIM UP NORTH.It's a fabulous place with wonderful scenery on the doorstep and a hell of a lot cheaper to live here than down south. Oh and the people up north are much friendlier.Sorry but the south sucks.

I'm from philadelphia, PA (sorry, just wanted to contribute), and Philly is better because... uh.... Let's see.. Hobos... Bike messengers... terrible traffic... everyone's in a bad mood.... hipsters..... drug problem..... murder capital..... expensive housing..... expensive EVERYTHING.....
