Deters 'This is off-the-charts weird'

Over 19 years and nobody noticed... either nobody payed attention or more then likely other people were involved...

How would they?

It isn't actually a job for a "people" person, and I'd imagine it's a pretty solitary life...and plenty of time for him to disguise any evidence of such actions...

I'd say he definitely has a severe mental problem (i.e. necrophelia), and the desecration of a loved one's remains should be treated as a sex crime (which is what it is, and born of the same mental defects...i.e. urge to control, etc.)

In many cultures, such an act would be punishable severely...
