ATS running slow today??

Is anyone having problems getting onto ATS today. BTS comes up at it's normal speed, but ATS is taking forever to load.

You can tell your self, look at the bottom,

Anything under 2 seconds is good.

Right, but the page itself is taking a much longer time than normal for me to load.

BTS comes up in less than a second, ATS takes almost 30 secs.

Unless it said 30 seconds here, its your connection.

Same here, it's slow, but I agree it's probably the connection.

Right, I am just curious as to why the problem only happens with ATS and not BTS.

If it was my connection, then both pages should load at an equal rate. Instead one loads much faster than the other.

I have never seen this happen before.

Both pages come from the same source, right?

I think they do, It could be more people are going into ATS/ compared to BTS.

If possible, could you determine if it's the pages with the new ads that are causing problems?

The problem is with any page that I try to load off of ATS.

I am not having any problems loading BTS, nor the 30 odd different websites that I tried to load to see if it is my connection or not.

I have tried to load the pages with and without my ad blocker, but that has no effect.

Good thing ATS is worth the wait to load.

Let me know if the main board home page is now faster... www.abovetopsecret.com... I put the new ad into an iFrame, which should improve overall performance if the banners are loading slow for you.

It still takes quite a few seconds to pull up individual threads to read.

The same fix has been applied to Forum and Thread pages. Let me know if those are faster now too.

Sorry, it still takes a while for me to bring up individual threads. Other than that it is running load up times that are equal to BTS.

Forgot about the "skyscraper" banners at the right. How is it now?

Page processed in 1.036 seconds, this is about the average for me. Thats test clicks on everything I could think of.

I have a very fast connection, and yeah ATS has been running slow for like 2 days now.
